June 1, 2004-San Jose, California; Splice International announced the formation
of a business alliance with U.S. Exhibits, effective June 1, 2004. Splice International,
a team of professionals in a wide variety of service areas, is assembled to
support the needs of Asian companies interested in global expansion, and American
